1 Definitions

"BaliHoliday.in", "we", "us", or "our" refers to BaliHolidayPackage.in, registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. "You" or "traveller" refers to the person making the booking on behalf of themselves and all members of their travel party.

2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation from our team via email or WhatsApp. Verbal confirmations are not binding. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3 Payments

  • A minimum advance payment of 25% of the total package value is required to confirm a booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the travel date.
  • For bookings made within 30 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.

4 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply based on the number of days before departure as follows:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@baliholiday.in. The date of receipt of written cancellation will determine applicable charges.

5 Modifications to Bookings

Any changes to confirmed bookings (dates, itinerary, hotels) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modifications requested within 30 days of departure may not be possible and will be treated as cancellations.

6 Inclusions & Exclusions

Each package clearly specifies what is included and excluded. Unless explicitly stated, the following are generally excluded:

  • International airfare and airport taxes
  • Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
  • Personal expenses — shopping, tips, laundry
  • Meals not specified in the package
  • Indonesian Visa on Arrival fees (currently USD 35)
  • Any activities not mentioned in the itinerary

7 Travel Documents & Visa

You are responsible for ensuring all travel documents — passport, visa, and any required permits — are valid and in order. We assist with visa guidance but are not responsible for visa rejections or travel bans. Indian passport holders can obtain a Visa on Arrival in Bali valid for 30 days.

8 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and personal liability. We are not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

9 Our Liability

BaliHoliday.in acts as an agent for hotels, transport, and activity providers. Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected service. We are not liable for:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
  • Changes by airlines, hotels, or third-party providers
  • Personal injury, illness, or loss of property during the trip
  • Delays or cancellations caused by weather or government restrictions

10 Health & Safety

You confirm that all members of your travel party are in good health and fit to undertake the activities in the itinerary. Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility issues before booking so we can accommodate appropriately.

11 Behaviour

We reserve the right to terminate the trip of any traveller whose behaviour is causing distress or danger to others, without any refund. Please be respectful of local customs, religious sites, and the environment in Bali.

12 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
