The Nusa Islands Grand Tour is Bali's most spectacular island-hopping adventure — an extraordinary week experiencing all three of the Nusa islands in a single continuous journey.
Begin on Nusa Penida's wild western cliffs, descend to Kelingking's hidden cove, snorkel with manta rays at Manta Point, and trek to Diamond Beach. Then cross to Nusa Ceningan — the tiniest and most dramatic of the three islands — for the famous Blue Lagoon viewpoint and the legendary cliff jump. Finally, end your island odyssey on Nusa Lembongan's laid-back beachfront, with a sunset dinner on the water's edge that closes out the greatest week in Southeast Asia.
Route: Sanur → Nusa Penida (3 nights) → Nusa Ceningan Day Trip → Nusa Lembongan (3 nights) → Return to Sanur
The complete trilogy. Nusa Penida's dramatic cliffs and manta rays; Nusa Ceningan's electric blue lagoon and cliff jump; Nusa Lembongan's sun-bleached beachfront calm. Three utterly different worlds, one extraordinary week.
A complete underwater circuit of the Nusa islands' greatest snorkelling and diving spots — Manta Point, Crystal Bay, Toyapakeh Wall, and the coral gardens of Nusa Lembongan — with full snorkelling equipment and guides throughout.
A day on Nusa Ceningan — the smallest and most dramatic of the three islands. The famous Blue Lagoon viewpoint reveals an almost impossibly vivid turquoise bay. The iconic yellow suspension bridge connecting Ceningan to Lembongan is one of Bali's most photographed spots.
A private 2-hour sunset cruise on Lembongan Bay — champagne, golden water, and the silhouette of Bali's southern coast at dusk. Followed by a candlelit dinner on the beach at the water's edge — the perfect final evening of your island grand tour.
Three nights in a beachfront villa on Nusa Lembongan — a world away from Nusa Penida's wild cliffs. Sunrise over the sea from your private deck, morning swims from the beach below, and the slow, golden rhythm of Lembongan's laid-back surf culture.
The complete Nusa Penida cliff circuit across three nights — Kelingking's T-Rex viewpoint and descent, Angel's Billabong, Broken Beach, Diamond Beach, and Atuh Beach — each one more extraordinary than the last.
Early morning speedboat from Sanur Harbour to Nusa Penida. Check in to your cliffside guesthouse and head straight for the island's western spectacles: Kelingking Beach cliff viewpoint with the optional jungle trail descent, Angel's Billabong natural ocean infinity pool, and Broken Beach rock arch. Sunset warung dinner overlooking the Badung Strait as your first extraordinary Nusa Penida evening settles in around you.
Full-day snorkelling circuit of Nusa Penida's greatest underwater sites. Morning: Manta Point — giant mantas glide through the current as you float above them. The scale and grace of these creatures is impossible to prepare for. Afternoon: Crystal Bay for snorkelling on the vibrant reef, with optional second snorkel at Gamat Bay's underwater garden of soft corals. Sunset from the clifftop above Crystal Bay — watching the sky turn violet and gold over the open ocean.
Cross to the eastern side of Nusa Penida for the island's hidden eastern gems. Trek down the steep jungle path to Diamond Beach — the most dramatically beautiful beach in the Nusa islands, its water so intensely turquoise it barely looks real, ringed by towering karst pinnacles rising from the sea. Continue to Atuh Beach, a perfectly secluded cove only reachable by a steep descent with panoramic island views. Afternoon: Peguyangan sacred waterfall steps on the southern cliff. Return via Teletubbies Hills at golden hour.
Cross to Nusa Ceningan — a tiny island connected to Nusa Lembongan by the famous yellow suspension bridge. Morning: the Blue Lagoon viewpoint — a sweeping panorama over an impossibly vivid turquoise bay crashing against volcanic rock. The cliff jump platform for the brave (supervised, safety assessed). The yellow bridge crossing into Nusa Lembongan. After arriving on Lembongan, check in to your beachfront villa and spend the late afternoon swimming in the bay, watching the boats drift by and the sky begin its sunset performance.
A relaxed morning on Nusa Lembongan — the pace here is entirely different to Nusa Penida's wild adventure. Swim at Dream Beach or Mushroom Bay, explore the seaweed farms by the water, and enjoy the gentle rhythm of island life. Early evening: your private sunset cruise on Lembongan Bay — 2 hours on the water as the sun drops behind Bali's mountains, casting the bay in amber and rose. After docking, your table awaits on the beach: a candlelit dinner by the water's edge with the ocean soundtrack of a Lembongan evening.
A full free day on Nusa Lembongan. Morning snorkelling at the Coral Gardens reef — one of Lembongan's finest snorkel sites, with healthy reef, sea turtles and clouds of tropical fish. Afternoon entirely at your own pace: time in the villa, exploring by scooter, surfing at Lembongan's break (board hire available), or a Balinese massage at one of the island's day spas. Farewell dinner at a beachfront restaurant — Lembongan at night, stars overhead, the sound of the reef, one last evening in paradise.
Last sunrise on Nusa Lembongan — watch the dawn light arrive over the Lombok Strait from your villa deck. Leisurely final breakfast before checkout. Your private speedboat departs from Lembongan Harbour back to Sanur, arriving mid-morning with six days of island memories — three islands, mantas, cliffs, sunsets and the knowledge that you have truly completed the Nusa islands, not just visited one of them.
"This is the definitive Bali island experience. Each island is completely different — Nusa Penida wild and dramatic, Ceningan tiny and electric, Lembongan peaceful and beautiful. The sunset cruise on day 5 was the best evening of the trip."
Mar 2026"Diamond Beach alone was worth the entire trip. Standing at the top of that cliff looking down at the turquoise water and the limestone stacks rising from it — there's nothing like it. The grand tour structure is genius."
Feb 2026"Snorkelling at Manta Point was incredible — but the Blue Lagoon on Ceningan was an unexpected highlight. The colour of that water is like nothing I've ever seen. The Lembongan beachfront villa was the perfect way to end."
Jan 2026"Seven days doesn't feel too long — it feels exactly right. The variety is incredible. The guides were brilliant, every transition between islands was smooth, and the beach dinner on night five was magical. A perfect week."
